Narla has had a pretty unique and special life so far, that I think a lot of people will find interesting! She has been further than most of us at Righteous Kombis!
This Kombi started her life in South Africa as a commercial and working vehicle. The owner before the previous owner brought it in the early 80s for the intension of travelling around Africa. Not long after her big trip around Africa, Narla was shipped to UK, after her adventures in England she was shipped to Australia in the early 90s.
When Narla came to us, the body was a bit worse for wear, with an extensive amount of imperfections that needed to be corrected and with a little TLC, she was brought back to her beautiful former glory.
Narla was resprayed in the vibrant colour ''Mars Red'' an original Volkswagen colour, as well as receiving a new resprayed roof and bumpers in a creamy white. The colours are a great classic, retro combination that complements the car perfectly.
This Kombi is a fully equipped camper, with an impressive and comfortable interior setup, its small retro details are super special and when in this Kombi it feels like you are stepping back in time to when the Bay window's were first introduced.
We still couldn't find all the storage spaces as there are so many! Perfect for the person on the go and ready for the ultimate trip away.
As that quote goes ''its the little things in life'', the little things include, a well set up and fully functional vintage sink with additional water storage, a full hanging cupboard for clothes storage with a good sized mirror, and even a storage net behind the passengers seat to maximise the most amount of storage.
