Righteous Kombis has been working on classic VW Kombis and Beetles for close to 20 years.

Our experienced team includes tradespeople with extensive knowledge of classic Volkswagens and older vehicles generally. Over the years, we have tackled everything from routine maintenance through to major restorations, conversions and the more unusual problems that come with owning a classic VW.

Our services have included:

• Mechanical repairs: Everything from steering and brake work through to engine and gearbox rebuilds, including the more obscure jobs such as repairing non-functioning heaters, fuel gauges and other original systems.
• Electrical repairs and installations: From complete rewires to diagnosing and repairing headlights, indicators and other electrical faults, as well as secondary batteries, inverters and solar installations.
• Rust and body repairs: Extensive experience repairing Kombi rust, including doglegs, sills, jacking points, inner and outer valances, roof sections and other structural repairs.
• Modifications and conversions: We have completed electric and Subaru engine conversions, power steering installations, brake upgrades and structural modifications, with work carried out to a standard suitable for engineering certification in NSW where required.
• Interior fit-out and repairs: Including door cards, seats, flooring, insulation, sliding doors and windows, replacement seals, interior fittings and general fit-out work.

While we are no longer taking on customer workshop work, Righteous Kombis continues to support the classic Volkswagen community through our online parts store.
