The Customer, a Central Coast local, recently purchased this beautiful beetle. The day it arrived it was the talk of the workshop!
This beautiful beetle is brightly coloured and very hard to miss.
The customer asked us to do a check over of the bug and unfortunately, we found extensive oil leaks from the oil cooler, the rear main seal as well as the pushrod tubes. As for the electrical side of this beetle we found a problem with the battery not charging.
This was fixed by replacing the voltage regulator. We cannot wait to see this beautiful beetle out and about cruising around the coast.
