Righteous Crew Membership – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Righteous Crew Membership ("Membership") offered by Righteous Kombis ("we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing or using the Membership, you agree to the following terms:

1. Membership Benefits

As an active and paying member, you will receive access to the following benefits:

  • Free standard shipping on eligible orders within Australia

  • Exclusive member-only discounts

  • Automatic entry into surprise giveaways throughout the year

  • Access to exclusive member-only content, promotions, and updates

All benefits are available only while your membership is active and in good standing.

2. Free Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping applies only to standard-sized parcels and excludes bulky or oversized items.

  • Examples of items excluded from free shipping include (but are not limited to): engines, panels, transmissions, axles, or any item requiring freight or pallet delivery.

  • We reserve the right to classify any order or item as "non-standard" and require a shipping fee accordingly.

  • Free shipping is valid only for Australian domestic addresses. International orders are not eligible.

3. Membership Eligibility and Usage

  • Membership is non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or revoke membership access at any time without notice or refund for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or breach of these terms.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing members@righteouskombis.com.au.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

  • If free shipping or any other membership benefit has been used during the billing cycle, we reserve the right to:

    • Charge the full cost of shipping retrospectively, or

    • Charge or retain the full value of your membership fee — whichever is greater.

  • Memberships purchased to access a benefit on a single transaction (e.g., free shipping) are considered used immediately and are non-refundable.

  • Repeat cancellations and re-subscriptions for the purpose of abusing benefits may result in future cancellation restrictions or denial of service.

5. Membership Renewal and Billing

  • Membership renews automatically every 30 days (or annually if selected) until cancelled.

  • By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your saved payment method for recurring fees.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure payment information remains current and valid.

  • Failed or declined payments may result in suspension or termination of benefits.

6. Surprise Giveaway Program

  • Giveaways occur at random intervals throughout the year (typically 3–4 times).

  • Members must be active at the time of the draw to be eligible.

  • Winners are selected randomly and contacted via email. Some giveaways may require confirmation to claim.

  • We reserve the right to substitute prizes, modify draw frequency, or cancel giveaways without notice.

  • Open to Australian residents only. Shipping charges may apply for remote locations.

  • Bonus entry promotions (e.g., using a code during a purchase) may be offered at our discretion. Entries are tracked and verified internally.

7. Limitation of Liability & Waiver of Claims

You acknowledge and agree that the Righteous Crew Membership is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We do not make any warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or suitability of membership benefits at any given time.

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or remove any membership benefit at our sole discretion without notice.

  • Righteous Kombis shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:

    • Use or misuse of membership benefits

    • Ineligibility or non-receipt of giveaway prizes

    • Delays, errors, or issues with shipping or communications

    • Technical errors in order processing, billing, or site access

By purchasing a Righteous Crew Membership, you agree to waive and release Righteous Kombis, its owners, employees, and affiliates from all claims or liabilities arising from your participation in the membership program.

You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless Righteous Kombis from any third-party claims resulting from your misuse of the membership or breach of these Terms.

8. Suspension and Revocation of Membership

  • We may suspend or revoke your membership without refund for the following reasons:

    • Abuse or exploitation of membership benefits

    • Fraudulent activity or suspected misuse

    • Initiation of chargebacks or repeated disputes

    • Harassment of staff or inappropriate behaviour

  • Access may be restored at our sole discretion once an issue is resolved.

9. Changes to Membership Program

  • We reserve the right to change membership pricing, features, or terms at any time.

  • Significant changes will be communicated in advance via email where practicable.

  • Continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes or legal actions arising from the membership will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. You waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction, including on grounds of inconvenient forum.
