Description
Are the brakes on your Volkswagen T2 Kombi dragging or pulling to one side? We have found that on 80% of our Kombi's the brake calipers are seized. They will either be stuck on or not return properly. This is usually due to the piston being seized. We are still yet to find replacement pistons for the calipers and we find that the best and most cost effective way to fix them is just to replace them with new ones.
These are the premium quality Varga brake calipers.
We recommend replacing both calipers otherwise you may find the newer caliper will operate better than your older caliper and will therefore cause your brakes to pull to one side.
These Brake Calipers are a left and right for the front for a Type 2 T2 Baywindow Kombi from 1972-1979 and T3 from 1982 to 1986. These do not fit the 1970-1971 models. For those you will need a conversion kit.
Calipers do not come supplied with brake pads.
You may need to bend your brake pipe as the mounting spot may be in a different location than your original calipers.
We always recommend having a professional mechanic replace your brake components.
