It's very important to know that your VW Kombi or Beetle has adequate oil pressure. Your oil light should come on when you turn your ignition to on and should go out when your engine is running. If your oil light doesn't come on with your ignition key in the on position you may have a fault with your wiring or your oil pressure switch. If the light comes on while the engine is running it's a good idea to connect a oil pressure gauge to your engine and read the oil pressure.
If you are satisfied your wiring is in order and you have adequate oil pressure but your light isn't coming on or is staying on we would suggest you replace your oil pressure switch. It's the easiest and cheapest thing to replace and rule out first.
This is the correct oil pressure switch for VW Beetles and Kombis with either an upright type 1 engine or a 1700 to 2L Type 4 engine.
Operates between 0.15 - 0.45 Bar.

Returns Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you provide an address that cannot be delivered to and the item is returned to sender you will need to pay for additional freight and provide an additional address. In this case if you request a refund this will be deemed a change of mind. Please note. Parcels over 105cm cannot be delivered by Australia post so you will need a valid street address for courier delivery.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
